Frequently asked questions
Is my PDF sent to a server?
No. The conversion runs in your browser, on your device. No file is uploaded or stored.
What is the difference between “Pages to JPG” and “Extract images”?
“Pages to JPG” takes a picture of each whole page, text included. “Extract images” gets only the photos in the PDF, at their own size.
Which quality should I choose?
Normal (150 dots per inch) is enough for screens and everyday printing. High (300 dots per inch) gives sharper images for large prints, but heavier files.
Why a ZIP file?
On a computer, browsers block several downloads in a row. The ZIP holds all the images in one file: open it to see them.
On a phone, where do my images go?
Your phone's share sheet opens: choose “Save images” to put them in Photos, or “Save to Files”.
Is it free?
Yes, with no sign-up and no watermark.
